How do I become a Yufo driver?
Download the driver app, sign up, and upload your ABN, licence, and ID. Once verified, you can start accepting jobs.

What vehicles are accepted?
Cars, utes, utes with racks, small trucks (up to 4.5t), and small tippers. Larger vehicles eg MR trucks can take on bigger loads and earn more.

How do I get paid?
Payments are withdrawn by the driver directly to your bank account 

Do I choose which jobs I accept?
Yes. You’ll see available jobs in your area and can choose the ones that suit your schedule and vehicle.

How do I list my products on Yufo?
Create a supplier account, upload your tools and hardware products, enter stock/available amount and tradies can order directly from your store.

Do I need to manage deliveries myself?
No. Yufo drivers pick up and deliver orders directly to tradies, saving you time and resources.

How does Yufo help my business?
Yufo increases your sales reach without adding delivery costs or pulling staff away from the counter.

How do I order materials with Yufo?
Simply download the app, browse supplier products, place your order, and a driver will deliver it straight to your job site.

What can I order?
Everything from screws and tools to timber, cement, and bulk materials — Yufo has drivers with the right vehicle for the job.

What are custom orders?

Custom orders let you arrange pickup and delivery from virtually anywhere—even if the item isn’t listed with a supplier in the app. Whether it’s a driver collecting forgotten tools from your workshop or picking up an online order from a store and delivering it straight to your job site, custom orders give you the flexibility to get what you need, when you need it.

How fast is delivery?
Orders are delivered as quickly as possible — often within hours, depending on your location and driver availability.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. A free account is required to place and track your orders.

Are Yufo drivers verified?
Yes. All drivers are required to provide a valid ABN, driver’s licence, and government-issued ID before being approved.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
You can contact Yufo support directly through the app for fast resolution.

Is payment secure?
