12. Platform Terms of Use 12.1 User Obligations
  • Provide accurate, lawful information

  • Use the platform only for lawful transactions

  • Do not circumvent the platform (e.g., contact contractors or customers outside Yufo)

12.2 Contractor Terms (Independent Service Providers)
  • Contractors must have a valid ABN

  • Must maintain appropriate vehicle, public liability (for appropriate places of work), and appropriate insurance for transport cover (goods in transit)

  • Are not employees of Yufo

  • Must provide accurate availability and delivery times

  • Contractors indemnify Yufo from any claims arising from their actions

12.3 Delivery Risk Disclaimer

Yufo is not responsible for:

  • Any damage to goods during loading/unloading or in transit

  • Physical injury sustained by users or contractors during delivery

  • Inaccuracies in delivery estimates

Risk of goods transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery.


13. Payments, Charges, and Disputes
  • Yufo may use pre-authorisation to verify cards prior to booking

  • Final charges may change based on actual delivery distance, load size, or complexity

  • Disputed charges are subject to investigation

  • Refunds are processed only in line with our refund policy

14. GST and Invoicing

Yufo facilitates transactions but does not supply goods or materials directly.

  • Contractors or vendors are responsible for issuing valid invoices and GST compliance.

  • Customers acknowledge Yufo is not liable for supply quality or materials defects.

15. Marketplace and Vendor Terms

Where third-party vendors are listed on Yufo:

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring product quality and legal compliance

  • Returns or disputes must be raised directly with the vendor

  • Yufo is not liable for misleading listings or unavailable items

16. Force Majeure

Yufo is not liable for service failure or delays due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or pandemics.


17. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account:

  • For breach of these Terms

  • For fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

  • To protect our community or platform integrity

Yufo Pty Ltd ("Yufo", "we", "our", or "us") operates an ecommerce platform and mobile app designed to facilitate the delivery of construction materials. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • Customers: Users who book delivery services via the Yufo platform.

  • Drivers: Independent contractors who accept and fulfill delivery jobs via the Yufo Driver App.

3. Liability

  • Yufo is not responsible for damaged goods

  • Risk transfers once goods are picked up or delivered

4. Platform Misuse Yufo may suspend users who:

  • Attempt to bypass the platform

  • Submit false bookings or abuse staff or drivers

5. Dispute Resolution Users must contact Yufo support for resolution. If unresolved, mediation under Australian Consumer Law may apply.



Driver App


Yufo Terms & Conditions: Drivers Effective Date: 9 July 2025

1. Independent Contractor Status Drivers using Yufo are not employees and must:

  • Hold a valid ABN

  • Maintain vehicle insurance

  • Are advised to obtain and hold current goods in transit insurance

  • Provide accurate documents

2. Payments

  • Payouts are directly withdrawn through the YUFO app 

  • Earnings are based on jobs completed

  • Yufo does not guarantee minimum income

3. Conduct and Safety

  • Drivers must act professionally

  • Must comply with all road safety and work laws

4. Job Cancellation

  • Cancellations may affect driver rating or account access

5. Indemnity Drivers agree to indemnify Yufo against any loss, liability, or claims arising from their conduct or breach of these terms

6. Account Suspension Yufo may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, safety issues, or fraudulent activity
